Gravity die casting involves pouring the molten metal into the casting mould. Usually, the metal is poured manually with a ladle. At Bespask, we have special tilting machines to ensure precise speed and direction while pouring metal into the mould. The molten mould fills the mould with the help of gravity and is left to solidify. After the casting is set, it is removed from the mould and sent for removing shard edges and other treatment.

In Hot-chamber die casting process molten metal is injected through the cavity of a pre-shaped mold using pressure. The defining characteristic of hot-chamber die casting is that metal is heated inside the casting machine rather than a separate machine or furnace.
